Moonlight is a 60% gummy o-ring gasket-mount custom mechanical keyboard. The design objective of this board is to offer the best possible typing experience and proper sound design while minimizing the production cost through smart design decisions, and not through cutting corners in quality. For Moonlight, this involves a single-piece case, massive weight, and proper acoustic diffusion and mechanical damping. I have taken special care to make sure that every aspect from the plate flex to internal case geometry has been optimized. Every design choice regarding material or geometry has been carefully thought out. More on this later.
